Account Executive

$100,000 BASE - $200,000 OTE

The Role:

San Francisco based tech firm is looking for an entrepreneurial, hands-on, high-performance AE to join our growing Sales team.

JobĀ  Description:

  • Meet annual sales targets within the North America territory, both new business and within accounts won
  • Expertly conduct MEDDIC qualification and discovery calls to uncover and validate pain, problem and needs
  • Partner with BDRs, Marketing, and CS Team to refine outreach, messaging and GTM strategy
  • Become an authority on selling into enterprise corporations, learning the ins and outs of the business as we grow
  • Effectively communicate firm’s value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Assist with development and execution of a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer-base
  • Work with the VP Sales and BDR Team to refine and execute the firm’s sales playbook
  • Collaborate with product, customer success, operations, and leadership to help firm build the product that our customers need


Required Skills:

  • Strong track record achieving annual revenue targets
  • Pre-existing relationships with decision makers in Fortune 5000 companies
  • Domain experience within software adoption and software onboarding tools a plus
  • Passionate about process improvements, and able to see those through to completion
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating excellent presentations
  • An authority at CRM management and other sales stack tools
  • Self-starter who can own projects from start to finish with minimal guidance
  • Self-aware and understands personal limitations to ask for help when needed
  • Creative, innovative and entrepreneurial
  • Experience with product management roles a plus
