The Role:

A new asset management firm, opening in the LA area is seeking to hire an Administrative assistant. This position would assist both the CEO and COO. This is a ground floor opportunity to help build out the administrative functions of the firm.

JobĀ  Description:

  • Support both the CEO and COO administratively
  • Serve as general Office Manager
  • Manage calendars, book travel and prepare expense reports
  • Schedule internal and external meetings
  • Take on ad hoc projects

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of administrative experience
  • Experience within the finance field
  • Ideally experience with office relocation and set-up
