Business Development Associate

The Role:

An alternative investment manager that focuses on systematic investing across multiple platforms is looking to hire a Salesperson for the its North American business. The position will report to the Global Head of Sales.

Job  Description:

  • Responsible for the marketing of two hedge fund strategies across a broad range for clients throughout North America.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries about the platform from prospects and existing clients
  • Maintain CRM reporting and develop process automation workflows
  • Proactively generate, identify and qualify new business opportunities
  • Synthesize and relay feedback to help inform product development

Required Skills:

  •  1-3 years of experience in finance or financial technology
  • Prior experience in a business development, account management or sales capacity a plus
  • General knowledge of financial markets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Motivated self-starter
