$140,000 - $160,000 PLUS BONUS


The Role:

A privately held company that’s a software leader in fraud and chargeback prevention is looking to hire a Director of Account Management.

JobĀ  Description:

  • Lead, train and coach a team of experienced Enterprise Account Managers
  • Work directly with our VP of Account Management and leadership team to define account strategy
  • Identify opportunities to expand our product suite within your client base
  • Partner with our Sales Trainer to create and implement a comprehensive training curriculum for both current employees as well as new hires
  • Provide strategic analysis and critical thinking as we plan long-term expansion

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years experience building and managing successful Enterprise B2B account management teams
  • 3+ years experience in a role that requiring consistent re-closing/ up-selling/ renewal opportunities
  • Experience working with Enterprise level US customers

Desired Skills:

  • Background in E-commerce/ FinTech
  • Tech-savvy and exceptionally strong analytical and technical skills
