The Role:

Our client, a global ad tech company with about 1,300 employees, is looking for a Global Head of Talent Acquisition to manage a global recruiting team while continuing to build upon their overall recruitment strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to make a big impact on an already successful and rapidly-growing tech startup.

 

 

Job  Description:

• Lead a group of global recruiters
• Create and execute the global talent acquisition strategy
• Drive employer branding
• Build upon talent metrics and aim to create a best in class candidate experience
• Handle recruitment for executive searches
• Manage key vendor relationships

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of recruiting experience required
• Must have experience managing a global recruitment team
• Strong analytical skills
• Customer service oriented
• Ability to travel once it’s safe
• Experience in developing and executing diversity programs
