Office Manager

$50,000 - $70,000 base


The Role:

An established CPA firm specializing in technical tax, audit, accounting and advisory talent is seeking to hire an Office Manager to join their team. This role will coordinate all office administration and procedures as well as have the opportunity to improve systems and processes.

JobĀ  Description:

  • Oversee time management and staffing
  • Process billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, bank reconciliations and other miscellaneous accounting duties
  • Perform human resourses coordination and recruiting organization
  • Coordinate event and travel for teams
  • Organize and overseeall office administrative and facilities matters, ensuring compliance with firm policies and procedures
  • Understand and anticipate needs of firm, deliver high quality service and results, identify areas to improve and communicate effectively and professionally with everyone in the firm
  • Manage reception duties such as mail collection and distribution

Required Skills:

  • Proven track record of office supervision experience
  • Ability to manage, lead and create an office environment of collaboration and teamwork
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible team player with ability to react to sudden changes
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service and ability to maintain highest degree of confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
