The Role:

Our client, a leading Marketing Tech company, is looking for a part-time Office Manager/Receptionist. Responsibilities can vary, so the ideal candidate will be flexible and willing to pitch in when needed. This is a contract to potential hire opportunity, with a likelihood that the role would become full time eventually. This role is key for our clients return to office planning.

Job  Description:

  • Create and maintain calendar for return to office (Excel/Outlook)
  • Plan & organize new office space
  • Order supplies
  • Manage vendors – everything from security companies to snacks
  • Schedule office cleanings
  • Serve as the key holder – mornings, open building and start coffee

Required Skills:

  • 1+ years of administrative experience in an office setting
  • Ability to go into an office and be prompt
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
