The Role:

A growing private equity firm is seeking to hire a receptionist to join their team and be the face of the firm while helping to keep the office running efficiently. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a tight-knit team that offers great work/life balance and career longevity.

JobĀ  Description:

  • Responsible for general administrative duties around the office
  • Prepare and submit expense reports for 2-4 team members
  • Manage kitchen upkeep and lunch ordering services
  • Provide backup EA support

Required Skills:

  • 3-5+ years of office administrative experience
  • Hospitality experience is a plus
  • Ability to prioritize a myriad of responsibilities
  • Team player and a no task is too big or too small attitude
