Senior Recruiter

$150,000 - $175,000 plus Bonus

The Role:

A rapidly growing alternative investment firm is looking to hire a VP of Talent Acquisition to lead the full life-cycle of recruiting of top talent for the firm. The position will require partnering with key stakeholders, HR business partners and external vendors. The position will have a high impact on driving the firms business strategy forward.

Job  Description:

  • Source and develop a candidate pipeline via proactive, direct sourcing and search firms
  • Partner with the business to understand talent needs and deliver strategies and solutions for recruiting
  • Manage the communication flow between hiring managers, candidates and search firms
  • Advise hiring managers on considerations such as level, compensation, and responsibilities
  • Provide a high-touch experience to all candidates from application stage to offer
  • Identify trends, issues and opportunities in the marketplace relevant to your talent pools
  • Build relationships with pipeline organizations for talent
  • Participate in industry conferences and events
  • Provide guidance and insight to management to help attract, retain and develop top talent
  • Coordinate with other departmental recruiters to assist with open positions in other functional areas
  • Identify opportunities to improve the overall recruiting and hiring experience for both managers and candidates

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • A hands-on approach and ability to synthesize business operations and talent needs
  • An appreciation for hiring analytical talent and can speak fluently with business leaders who need to hire for specific skills in the financial services industry
  • High business acumen and ability to quickly link key talent to internal opportunities and business priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
