A Series A tech startup is looking for strong technical recruiter to join their growing team at the ground floor. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape recruitment processes and build the overall team.

JobĀ  Description:

  • Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process from helping to create job descriptions to coaching hiring managers on best practices to making offers
  • Create an incredible candidate experience
  • Be the go-to expert on all internal recruiting tools
  • Promote the employer brand across multiple channels

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Startup experience
  • Strong communication skills
