Our client, in the Consumer App space, is looking for multiple Customer Support Specialists, with varying shift options. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with strong communication skills, have experience in customer support (big plus if also in chat messaging), and an ability to handle issues and complaints in a kind and patient manner.
