Overview:
A global credit fund founded in the early 2000s with over $20b in AUM is looking to hire an Assistant Controller to join its Finance Team. The Team is currently responsible for managing the accounting, valuation, reporting, and internal control matters for a portfolio of diverse assets.

Responsibilities:

• Perform month-end close and valuation processes
• Assist in the management and oversight of third party administrator relationship
• Collaborate with Operations team on an on-going basis
• Calculate quarterly income distributions, oversee production of capital statements and investor notices
• Build-out processes to support new funds and accounts

Qualifications:

• 6-10 years of experience with public accounting / private funds mix
• Private credit, CLO and/or BDC experience a plus
• Strong academic track record
• CPA preferred
• Excellent Excel skills, technically savvy and strong analytical skill
• U.S. Citizen / Authorized to work in the U.S.
