Landing Point is assisting a New York City based Venture Capital and Private Equity firm with their search for a Contract to Hire Executive Assistant. This role is responsible for various administrative duties supporting the New York office and admin team. This role is in person 5x a week with standard hours.
Responsibilities:
Schedule and maintain calendars utilizing Microsoft Outlook
Arrange international and domestic travel
Create, maintain, and edit spreadsheets, documents, and presentations
Coordinate internal meetings
Process expense reports
Other admin duties as requested
Qualifications:
3 or more years as an Executive Assistant
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Financial services experience preferred
A high degree of professionalism and initiative
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work with confidential information
