A real estate private equity fund with over $6b in AUM is looking to hire an investor relations associate to join its Investor Relations and Marketing team. The team is currently responsible for working with portfolio managers, asset management and underwriting teams to aggregate data for client presentations.

Responsibilities:

• Client and industry reporting
• Assist in producing marketing presentations for existing and prospective clients
• Support production of communications with clients regarding fund performance, financial statements and reports
• Research and report on market and peer data
• Assist in the organization of annual investor conferences, quarterly meetings and calls

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a 4-year undergraduate degree
• 4 to 6 years of professional experience working in the financial services sector
• Relevant professional experience in fixed income, commercial backed mortgage securities or real estate desired but not necessary
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly proficient in Excel, Word and Powerpoint
