Client Service Associate

A Family Office is looking for an Client Service Associate with proven task management skills to work within the Operations Team on client & relationship management, project organization and reporting, new account opening and various levels of internal or client related projects & initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the day-to-day maintenance of Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) client accounts by liaising with internal teams including Financial Reporting, Tax, Treasury and Accounts Payables, as well as external parties including clients, client’s employees, assistants, and custodians.
  • Liaise with various custodians regarding account opening/closings, transactions, and trades in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of the team by fielding inbound client inquiries, maintaining scheduled client deliverables, and handling other relevant administrative tasks
 
  • Manage email requests received from internal teams, taking ownership, and utilizing problem solving skills to resolve requests independently and to resolution.
  • Continually monitor and update client information via various applications, this includes Monday.com, Addepar, Excel schedules, etc.

Education and Experience

  • BA/BS degree. Undergraduate or graduate degree.
  • Intermediate Excel user [including vlookups and advanced formulas]
  • Two or more years' relevant experience.
  • Prior working experience with Client Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and/or Project Management software
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and deadline-oriented environment.
  • Strong verbal/written communications skills and comfort engaging with clients
  • Keen eye for details, and strong organizational abilities
  • A well-developed sense of urgency
