Position Summary
A private equity firm that has raised eleven PE funds with aggregate capital commitments of approximately $5 billion from over 200 limited partners. The firm’s financial operations are split between Denver, Colorado and Long Island.

The Marketing Associate position encompasses a wide variety of responsibilities inherent in operating the day-to-day activities generally including:

Digital & Content Marketing:
• Strategist & strong tactician who can create and execute thoughtful digital experiences that drive brand awareness, amplify fundraising efforts, and engage current clients (i.e., limited partners)
• Manage the branded social media presence, with a primary focus on LinkedIn, responsible for publishing, posting, monitoring, and tracking content performance
• Improve and manage the website experience including content development and publishing, recommending UX best practices, and monitoring of site performance
• Conceive, design, and manage email marketing campaigns including newsletters, automated email journeys, and email blasts
• Support the global Editorial Calendar and coordinate publishing of content across digital channels as needed
• Conceive and support digital marketing campaigns to support fund launches and fundraising efforts
• Support ongoing webinar, seminar and in-person events as needed
• Working closely with our analytics team, report, measure, and monitor content and digital marketing performance, and provide recommendations for improvements

Collateral & Content Management:
• Manage quarterly update cycle for core marketing, performance, and investment-related collateral including pitch books, fact sheets, and other due diligence documents
• Work with IT, Compliance, Finance, and Investment leaders to develop and improve quarterly update processes to simplify the quarterly update cycle and content distribution
• Manage the firm’s Data Room with an eye towards creating a more personalized and engaging experience that supports fundraising efforts
• Manage IR team’s presence on firm intranet
• Support IR team in ad hoc projects and requests as needed

Required Experience and Education
• Minimum of five years professional experience in a marketing communications capacity with alternative asset funds (private equity, buyout, hedge funds) a plus
• Understanding of systems used to maintain portfolio company data. Metals, mining, or commodities exposure a plus.
