The Role:

Our client, a growing Private Equity firm, is looking for a contract to hire Executive Assistant to join ASAP. They have a wonderful environment, culture, and team. This person would support a blend of Partners and Managing Directors. Responsibilities would include heavy scheduling, travel, and expenses and more. They are ideally looking for someone confident, independent, and well organized. This role will be in-person, 5 days a week, in NYC.

Job  Description:

  • Assist Partners and Managing Directors administratively
  • Maintain calendar
  • Coordinate heavy scheduling
  • Manage travel accommodations
  • Handle all expenses

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-5 years of experience in an administrative position
  • Familiarity with Excel, Amex Global Travel, MS Office
  • Strong communication, organization, etc.
