John Lane is one of Landing Point’s Co-Founders. Prior to co-founding Landing Point, John spent 8 successful years at a New York based search firm with a focus on the Alternative Asset industry. John began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers within their audit practice focused on a portfolio of Investment Banking and Alternative Asset clients. In 2003, John joined a mid-sized hedge fund, Stadia Capital, where he served as the firm’s first Controller for the next four years. John graduated as a Presidential Scholar with a degree in Accounting from Villanova University in 2000. He is dedicated to his wife Amy and his daughters Summer and Holly and is a lifelong Villanova basketball fan.
Andrew Boccio is one of Landing Point’s Co-Founders. Before founding Landing Point, Andrew spent 8 years in Executive Search, focusing his efforts on searches in the Asset Management and Banking & Capital Markets industry. Andrew’s career began at Ernst & Young, spending three years as an auditor in their Banking & Capital Markets practice. In 2005, Andrew transferred to EY’s Transaction Advisory Services group where he spent his time focused on the Real Estate industry. Andrew graduated from Fordham University in 2002 with a BS in Accounting. He enjoys spending time with his dog Luna, is an avid Mets fan, and an amateur grilling expert.
Michael Breslin is one of the Co-Founders of Landing Point, and currently oversees all aspects of the firm’s Temporary Staffing Services. Prior to founding Landing Point in April 2015, Michael spent over 10 years focused on recruiting Accounting/Finance professionals at two different NY based executive search firms. He began his career as an auditor with KPMG in both their New York City and San Diego offices. He graduated from Fordham University in 2001 with a BS in Accounting, and was a member of their Division I Swim Team. Michael is a fan of the NY Mets and enjoys spending his free time with his family.
Carlo Coumoutsos is a Partner at Landing Point with a focus on the Accounting/Finance Division. He joined shortly after the company launched in April 2015. Carlo started his career as an Auditor with PwC’s Asset Management Practice, and spent almost three years with a NY based search firm with a focus on Accounting/Finance professionals. Carlo has a BS & MS in Accounting from Fordham University, and served as President of their Beta Alpha Psi chapter. Carlo enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons, who he unfortunately will raise to be Jets and Knicks fans.
Managing Director - Corporate Services
Erica White joined Landing Point in 2017 as a Managing Director/Head of Marketing. Erica is responsible for leading the Corporate Services Division while also building the Landing Point brand and executing all marketing efforts. Prior to joining, she spent over four years at a NY based search firm specializing in Administrative, HR and Marketing talent across all industries (Temporary & Permanent). She also led all internal marketing efforts for that firm. Erica started her career in sales working for brand named media/branding firms: News Corporation and Interbrand. Erica is a Syracuse University graduate from the Whitman School of Management with a minor from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications and was the Vice President of her sorority, Delta Gamma. In her spare time, Erica teaches her signature Bootcamp & Chill class in Central Park, enjoys traveling to the best beaches, and wine tasting.
Managing Director - Digital Media & Emerging Technologies
Mike Giunta is the Managing Director of Landing Point’s Digital Media & Emerging Technologies Division. Prior to joining Landing Point in 2019, Mike had been in the technology and marketing recruiting space for almost 15 years; including the last eight and a half years as a VP of Recruiting with a nationally recognized firm where he oversaw a team of recruiters and was a member of the Senior Management Team. Mike has a BS in Materials Science and Engineering from Lehigh University where he was four year starter on the Rugby team. In his free time Mike loves listening to live music and attending concerts.

Rene Letendre has over 18 years of experience in Recruiting with a focus on Financial Services Operations, Investor Relations & Marketing, and Contract Staffing. Prior to joining Landing Point, Rene was the co-owner of a search firm that was acquired by a national recruiting company in 2016. Rene graduated with a BA in Sociology from Eastern Connecticut State University. He enjoys sports and spending time with his 2 daughters.

Alex Wishbow is a Managing Director in Landing Point’s Financial Services Division. Prior to Landing Point, Alex spent four years at a NY based search firm with a focus on searches in Operations, IR/Marketing, Middle Office, Treasury & Portfolio Finance and Financial Technology. He graduated from Saint Joseph’s University with a BS in Business Administration (major in Marketing). Alex is a big music fan and a sneaker connoisseur/collector.

Andrew Miller is a Managing Director in Landing Point’s Accounting/Finance Division. He began his career in Deloitte’s Financial Services Audit Practice, and passed the CPA exam while he was an employee there. Andrew began his career in executive search in 2009 with a focus on Accounting/Finance professionals. Prior to joining Landing Point, Andrew worked for 2 NY based search firms, and owned/operated Gantry Search. He has a BS in Accounting from the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University, and while there was a member of Beta Alpha Psi and the Men’s Club Ice Hockey team. Andrew is an avid NY Sports fan, enjoys travelling and is a food enthusiast.

Safia Khalid is the Director of Operations at Landing Point. Prior to joining in 2017, Safia spent almost seven years overseeing all aspects of Finance, Human Resources and Office Management at a NY based staffing firm.

Rob Hines joined Landing Point in early 2016 and is a Director in the Accounting/Finance Division. Prior to Landing Point, Rob worked with EY’s Audit Practice (focusing on Asset Management clients) and Madison Realty Capital as a Private Equity/Real Estate Associate. He graduated from Iona College with a BBA in Accounting. Rob was in Iona’s Honors Program, a Presidential Scholar, and President of the College’s radio station. In his free time Rob owns & operates an Entertainment Company and enjoys travelling to see his favorite NFL team, the NY Giants.
Director - Temporary Staffing
Charlie Foulds is a Director within Landing Point’s Temporary Staffing Division, a division he helped launch in 2016. Prior to joining Landing Point, Charlie spent almost 3 years with a global search firm, focusing on Contract placements for Accounting & Finance professionals. He graduated from Towson University with a BS in Communications. Charlie is active outdoorsman and a diehard fan of the NY Rangers and NY Mets.

Elissa Friedland is a Director within Landing Point’s Accounting/Finance Division. She began her career within EY’s Financial Services Office where she obtained her CPA and focused on auditing Asset Management clients. She also worked as a fund accountant for Davidson Kempner, a global institutional hedge fund. Elissa has a BS in Accounting from the University of Delaware and was Vice President of the school’s “Women In Business” club. In her free time, Elissa enjoys traveling, going to concerts, and playing tennis.

Kyle Wilkinson is a Director in Landing Point’s Accounting/Finance Division. He is a CPA and spent the first 4 ½ years of his career in Grant Thornton’s Tax Practice with a focus on Corporate Tax Compliance & provision work. In January 2012, he joined ProVision Wealth Strategists as a Tax Manager focusing on Entrepreneur & Business Owner Tax Strategy & Compliance work as well as wealth strategies. Kyle moved into the staffing industry in January 2015, and has since been using his experience in Accounting & Tax to help clients navigate the job market. He has a BS in Accounting and a Masters Degree in Taxation from Arizona State University. Kyle grew up in Texas, and is a fan of all the Dallas sports teams. He enjoys travel, fitness, and spending time with his wife Pam and their dogs Gordon & Brewtessa.

Marisa Rose is a Director in Landing Point’s Administrative/HR Division. Her background prior to the staffing industry was focused in the ad sales marketing industry. Marisa began her career on the agency side, and made her way to the publishing side most recently as an Associate Director of Sales Marketing and Client Strategy at CafeMedia. Marisa has a BA in Communications from Syracuse University where she was the acting Social Chair of her sorority. Her free time is usually spent with her husband and dog, Myrtle. Marisa loves to travel, attend concerts and binge-watch new tv shows worth binge-watching.

Nick Timpano is a Director in Landing Point’s Digital Media & Emerging Technologies Division. Nick started his career in technology and sales recruitment, and subsequently worked in accounting, finance and middle office financial services recruitment with a NY based search firm. Nick graduated from New York University with a BS in Psychology and Computer Science. In his free time, Nick enjoys motorcycling, rock climbing and skiing.

Scott Spungin is a Director in Landing Point’s Financial Services Division, and has spent over 16 years recruiting experienced professionals in all areas of Financial Services including Alternative/Traditional Asset Management, FinTech and Banking. Prior to his recruiting career, Scott spent six years working in the Financial Services industry at top tier banking and hedge fund institutions. Scott graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. He enjoys spending his free time with his wife and two children, skiing, and OCR (Obstacle Course Racing).

Dylan Sullivan is a Senior Associate in Landing Point’s Accounting/Finance Division. He began his career with Deloitte, spending almost four years in their Audit practice. His clients there focused on the Health Care and Technology industries. Dylan has a BS in Accounting from Villanova University where he served as a Peer Advisor to younger students. He is an avid sports fan with a focus on Villanova Basketball and the New York Yankees.

Ryan Mastro is a Senior Associate in Landing Point’s Accounting/Finance Division. Prior to joining the Landing Point team, he spent 4 years with a large regional staffing firm focused on assisting Accounting & Finance professionals at all levels within various industries. Ryan graduated from Florida State University with a Major in Political Science / International Affairs. He’s an avid FSU football fan, and enjoys spending his free time playing pool and cooking.

Domenica Nociforo joined Landing Point in 2018 as a Recruiting Coordinator. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a Marketing Coordinator with Lynx-NY and an Executive Assistant at The Corcoran Group. Domenica has a Bachelor’s Degree from SUNY Cortland with a major in Communications (PR & Advertising) and a minor in Marketing. While there, she was a member of Alpha Phi and the Student Government Association. Domenica enjoys yoga, kayaking/paddle boarding and snowboarding. She also enjoys spending her free time at the beach or with her dogs.

Christopher is an Associate in Landing Point’s Financial Services Division. Prior to joining Landing Point in 2017, Chris worked within Human Resources at Six Flags Great Adventure. Chris graduated from Monmouth University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology in 2015. He enjoys playing soccer is a loyal Manchester United fan.

Kirk Wilkinson is an Associate in Landing Point’s Financial Services Division. He joined Landing Point in 2018 after graduating from the University of Oregon with a BS in Applied Business and Economics. He enjoys playing basketball, football and rock climbing.

Zoie Herman is an Associate for Landing Point’s Corporate Services Division. Prior to joining the team, she worked as a Medical Sales Representative and then was a Development Specialist in the Non-Profit field. Zoie has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Florida. She was heavily involved in the Campus Sales Club and volunteered throughout college in the pediatric wing at a hospital. Zoie loves going to comedy shows, re-watching the Office, and taking her dog to Central Park.

Rachel joined Landing Point’s Corporate Services team in 2019. Before joining Landing Point Rachel practiced law in Nashville, TN. She worked in the non-profit sector, co-founding a non-profit public school advocacy organization, “Strengthen Our Schools.” While there she served as an attorney and lobbyist, focusing on education law and policy. Rachel has a BA in Communication Studies and a Minor in Spanish from Vanderbilt University. While there, she was a member of Tri Delt and the University Dance Team. Rachel went to Tulane Law School where she focused on Intellectual Property and Sports Law. In her free time, Rachel enjoys yoga, attending concerts and re-reading Harry Potter.

Alec Madiefsky is an Associate in Landing Point’s Accounting and Finance Division. Before joining Landing Point, Alec recruited for companies in the Engineering, Production and Manufacturing space. Alec graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Management Information Systems. At Delaware, he was involved in the Golf Club and was heavily active with UDANCE (Delaware’s dance marathon to raise money and awareness for pediatric cancer). In his free time Alec enjoys traveling, attending concerts, surfing and snowboarding.
Melissa Iovino joined Landing Point in 2018 as the Team’s Office Manager. She has a NJ Real Estate license, and has operated in the Hudson County Real Estate market for over 4 years. Melissa attended West Virginia University majoring in Criminal Justice. Her personal interests include outdoor activities such as hiking and snowboarding.
