A large multi-billion dollar alternative investment manager specializing in Credit and Private Equity is looking for a Loan Closer.
Responsibilities:
- Manage third party vendor for LSTA par trade settlements in CLO/Par funds
- Send distressed trade allocations to counsel
- Review distressed LSTA/LMA trade confirmations and arrange for execution
- Discuss/negotiate closing matters with attorneys and counterparties
- Have familiarity with both foreign and domestic loan credit agreements
- Prepare private credit/distressed trade funding memos and schedule of fund allocations
- Review closing documents and arrange for execution – distressed and non-CLO/Par funds
- Forward closing funding memos to third party vendor and TPG AG operations team members
- Work with credit analyst and LendAmend on any corporate actions
- Point person for KYC request from counterparties as well as assist operations with any withholding tax issues
- Monitor daily cash flow statements for trade settlements and available cash
- Handle ad hoc reporting for management
- Work with operations team and accounting on any bank debt reorganizations
Qualifications:

2-4 years loan administration and/or loan closing experience

Experience with one of more of the following systems: CDO Suite, ClearPar, or LendAmend
