A private equity firm with offices in Greater Boston and New York is hiring an Operations – Transfer Agency Analyst to join their small investor relations team. 

Responsibilities 

• Work closely with the investor relations team to provide operational/data support
• Manage month-end process with transfer agency and provide feedback in monthly recap call
• Handle TA issues/client service – investor logins, change of address, adding interested parties
• Handle wire changes and audit confirms
• Assist with RFP, data request, and marketing materials

Qualifications

• Targeting candidates with 2-8 years of experience within transfer agency operations
