A NYC based Private Equity firm is seeking a Contract to Hire Administrative Floater. This role is due to growth and is in office 5x a week from 8:45am – 5:15pm.
 
Responsibilities:

  • International and Domestic Travel Coordination
  • Expenses
  • Scheduling and Calendar Management
  • Other ad hoc tasks

 
Qualifications:

  • 4 year degree
  • Travel coordination experience required
  • Finance experience preferred
  • Quick learner, good attitude, and ability to work in a fast paced environment
