A global leading Boston-based Private Equity fund with over $50 billion in assets, invested globally across sectors is seeking to hire an Associate to join the Capital Formation team
Responsibilities:

• Exposure to investors and the deal team as well as exposure with various around of the company
• Handle analytical responsibilities, gather data from the deal team and portfolio companies along with managing the collateral
• Support the fundraise process by creating materials and pitch decks along with helping with strategy and positioning
• Facilitate analysis and updates of portfolio company data and events.
• Work on portfolio updates and commentary
• Manage day to day investor pipeline for sales team
• Join member of the sales team in investor meetings

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience within Investment Banking, Investor Relations, Consulting or placement agent
• Analytical mindset and ability to work with Excel
