A global alternative investments platform with over $500Bn in assets under management based in NYC is looking to bring an Associate to their Global Business Analytics team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Produce sales reporting and trend analytics for senior management across key business metrics
• Generate actionable business insights through data analytics and management of existing proprietary databases
• Assist with ongoing data infrastructure build and handle data requests to increase sales team effectiveness
• Perform ROI analysis and measurement on effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2-4 years of related experience in reporting and data analytics, data management, preferably at a large financial institution
• Strong analytical, financial modeling (Excel) and problem solving skills. Experience with use of BI toolsets such as SQL, Alteryx, Tableau and / or Power BI a plus.
• Experience working with key asset management data (e.g., Transactional, AUM, 3rd party such as SSC SalesConnect, Walletshare, Broadridge, Fintrx, Dakota, digital marketing platform data, Web analytics, etc.) to support Sales, Marketing, Finance and Product stakeholder to be more efficient and effective
• Bachelor degree in business, computer science, data and analytics, data science or equivalent experience.
