A global fin-tech company headquartered in Manhattan is seeking a Transfer Pricing Analyst.
Responsibilities:
- Developing, preparing, and maintaining transfer pricing documentation:
- Master File and Local Files
- Country by Country reporting and notifications
- Developing, preparing, and maintaining transfer pricing models
- Assisting in audit defense
- Staying current on transfer pricing regulations and understanding the impact of any new requirements
- Communicating with the client, outside advisors and various teams
- Coordinating and participating in meetings/conference calls
Qualifications:
- 2 – 4 years of transfer pricing experience at a Big 4 or in a private industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Accounting
- Intermediate/Advanced skills in MS Office, including MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint and MS Outlook
