A leading boutique multi-billion dollar credit investment manager that provides capital solutions to middle market companies.
Responsibilities:
• Support all aspects of marketing and investor relations, working closely with the President, Head of Marketing/IR and the Deputy Co-COO
• Respond to investor requests from current limited partners (LPs), both quantitative and qualitative
• Create & update marketing materials and presentations
• Complete inbound due diligence requests from prospective investors
• Maintain external reporting, including Monthly Reports, Quarterly Investor Letters, DDQ, etc.
• Support relationship management with LPs and investment consultants
• Partner with placement agents on prospective investor requests and capital raising efforts
• Collaborate with Operations and Accounting teams to maintain consistent portfolio reporting
• Work closely with Investment team to accurately reflect investment details
• Track all deliverables related to marketing/IR
• Complete special projects and bespoke requests
• Run performance metrics/KPIs including IRRs, total returns, TVPI, MOIC
• Work closely with Chief Technology Officer and development team to enhance and automate our current systems and processes
Qualifications:
• 3-7 years’ experience in Finance, Accounting or Operations at a complex fast paced firm
• Private credit experience is highly desirable
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Alteryx a plus
• Can work efficiently and independently
• Multi-tasker who can work with tight deadlines
• Attention to details and highly organized
• Collegial and very team oriented with exceptional relationship building skills
• Go-getter, passionate and high positive energy
• Expert written and verbal communicator
• Solid understanding of investment and fund operations
• Proficient with data analysis and presentation skills
• Tech-savvy, automation oriented
