A global alternative investment firm with over $350 billion of assets under management is seeking to hire a Senior Analyst within their CLO Compliance Operations team based in New York City.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor US Middle Market CLOs and Rated Note Fund Structure Compliance tests
• Review of quarterly investor reports and waterfalls
• Hypothetical Testing
• Review and interpret indentures
• Daily interaction with Portfolio Management, Trading, and Structuring teams
• Oversight of vendor relationships, including fund administration and trustees
• Ad-hoc reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or related discipline
• 2-4 years of experience in Financial Services with a focus on CLO Compliance
• Advanced Microsoft Office
