A global leader in entertainment and technology is looking for an International Tax Senior to join their team and play a crucial role in ensuring their global tax compliance.
In this role, you’ll review and analyze income tax reporting for all our foreign subsidiaries, prepare tax returns, and maintain accurate tax records. You’ll also research international tax issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
Responsibilities:
Review and analyze foreign income tax provisions for all subsidiaries
Assist with tax budgets, forecasts, and updates
Prepare various IRS tax returns
Manage earnings & profits, tax pools, and tax basis for foreign subsidiaries
Calculate foreign income inclusions and perform GILTI & 163j analysis
Prepare foreign tax credit analysis
Conduct international tax research and compliance tasks
Obtain royalty/dividend/interest w/h tax rates and IRS tax certifications
Collaborate with colleagues across the globe
Qualifications:
CPA and/or Master’s in Taxation (or equivalent experience)
2-6 years of experience, including 2+ years of recent international tax experience
Excellent verbal & written communication, accuracy, and deadline management skills
Proficient in MS Office, tax software, and technology/process improvement tools
Eligible to work in the USA
